QLD, ACT, NT & TAS Ron Shorter Award Winner 2019

CONGRATULATIONS to Bennet Thomas of QBE who is the 2019 QLD, ACT, NT & TAS Ron Shorter Award winner.

Bennet's presentation topic 'Contractual Indemnities and the Impact on the Insurance Policy as a Whole' won over the judges, The Hon. Helen J Bowskill, Janine Reid and Cate Heyworth-Smith QC. 

We extend our congratulations to runners up Brittany Anderson (Barry.Nilsson) and Travis Gooding (Herbert Smith Freehills) who provided thought provoking and professionally delivered presentations. 

Bennet will join the other 2019 state winners and present during the AILA national conference in Hobart.
